BANSEA’s screening process is sector-focused and faciliated by primarily four Sector Interest Groups (SIG). The four SIGs comprise of BANSEA Executive Members who are committed to screen startups' applications and recommend for pitching at the next available pitching event.
The four SIGs and their respective members are:
- Biomedical Sciences/Biotechnology - Dr Mark Hon & Snehal Patel
- Clean/Green Technology - Linus Koh
- ICT (incl. education) - Douglas Abrams, Tralvex Yeap, Choun Chee Kong, Poh Mui Hoon & Snehal Patel
- Retail/F&B - Dr Mark Hon
