Welcome to BANSEA
BANSEA’s vision: to foster a vibrant startup ecosystem in which angel investors fund entrepreneurs who eventually become angels themselves.
Our primary mission is to facilitate good deals between our members and seed-stage startups: not just financing but mentoring and connections too. We also grow the angel investment community in Asia through educational workshops, research, conferences, and networking sessions with international angel groups.

Be An Angel Investor
BANSEA was establised in 2001 by a group of Singapore-based angel investors. BANSEA has network connections to angel groups in China, India, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as close links to groups in Europe and the US.
Our members have investment experience spanning multiple sectors and a track record in building successful companies.

On 30 June 2011, BANSEA launched legal templates for free downloading. Visit “For Entrepreneurs” and “Standardization of Legal Paperwork for Startups and Investors” for more information.

Membership is by invitation only, and is extended to individuals who share our vision and will actively contribute to our process.
